Meal Planning 101

In this hands on Chef led interactive workshop students will learn about how to create a cohesive meal, including building a balance plate, budget and nutrient density.

Easy Appetizers

This interactive workshops is a fun opportunity for participants to make easy and fun appetizers or small bites that could be for a get together or part of a balanced lunch. We will explore fun plating ideas and allow students to tap into their creativity making edible works of art!

The Ultimate Snack board/ bento box

Creating the Ultimate snack board allows participants to tap into their creativity starting with an inspo drawing. Students will work in groups to make a board filled with meat, cheeses, add colour with fruits veggies. For an individual option students can make bento boxes creating a balanced lunch option.

Working with yeast - Pretzels

In this workshop combine learning about the science behind yeast along with the chemical reaction that happens & the change in texture when using a baking soda bath.
